install of MAGIX Video Pro X15

when tring to installMAGIX Video Pro X15 the program fails to uninstall prev trial version which is not on my computer as i already unistalled the trial version it sent an error report to magix but cant follow up

There was no need to uninstall the trial version of VPX 15 (I assume that is the "trial" version you refer to); simply entering the serial number of the purchased version on the registration page in the app (again I assume this is what you are trying to do, i.e., install and run the full version) would have automatically converted the trial version to the full.
