What version of Xara Web Designer you are using?

Without knowing this I would suggest you search here for an Events calendar widget for the version of Xara WD you are using.

If Xara WD has no events calendar - you may want to consider using a 3rd party event calender, there are many available online, eg Google Calendar, and embed this in your website.

There are many event calender scripts available which can be used however the majority are PHP and MySQL based and if your web host does not provide PHP and MySQL then they are not usable.
