Info on Acid

Other than speculating with eternal hope (and patience) when will Acid Pro v.8 or a 64bit v.7 come out, like billions of us Acid users, I also wander why the contact at 1-305-722-5810 dumps me when I press the #1 option – which should take me to more info on exSony products? Awkward…

Magix confirmed via Facebook that the new version will be released in the first half of 2018.

Register your copy at Magix. It will be integrated into your account. Then it is official and version 8 will be an upgrade.

I can confirm that there will be ACID Pro 8. Unfortunately I can't say, when exactly the release will be.

Hey guys, good to see that there's finally something cooking with a new version of Acid!!! I've been using Acid since the early 2000's, and am glad to help in any way possible! I have Reaper now, with an ACID skin applied lol, but still ran into deficiencies with features that only ACID has! So, I'll probably be going back to Acid as soon as it comes out. Thanks!
