iTunes file format is proprietary and DRM protected by Apple so that it cannot natively be used in any other software, like Photostory.

As such, any "conversion" of the files is, strictly speaking, illegal (it's a breach of Apple's copyright in the content) so there is no method or software to convert them that can be recommended, sorry.
