Import

Using NL version of VDL 15 Premium. Have re-installed program recently: cannot import .mts files. Msg: import or batch conversion not possible (disk protected msg). I know this is related to activation, but I cannot find the location for my activation of mpg2 and mpg4 use? I checked help and everything, but no sign of activation request. Must be missing something?

Hi there,

If the codecs are already active, this might really be some access rights related thing. Try importing the AVCHD files from a different location on your hard drive and make sure the program has writing rights there. If this is really related to codec activation, just contact Magix sales or support and ask them to lend you a hand with that:
