If I use the sythesizers on magix music maker 17, is the creation mine for commercial use?

Robota, Drum and Bass, Atmos, Beatbox are synthesizers that have preprogrammed beats/sounds. If I modify the notes, pattern and use these synthesizers in my projects, then do I own the creation and therefore can use it commercially for profit in a song? This question doesn't seem to be posted anywhere. I am using Magix Music Maker 17.

I understand their samples from the soundpool are owned by Magix, but what if I use Magix Music Maker 17 as an instrument, even though the synthesizers are preprogrammed sounds, like Robota, if I modify a beat, is it 100% mine and I own the copyright to it although I used Magix's synthesizer? I would like to incorporate sounds from their synthesizers in music production to sell online or make demo cds for profit.

More specifcally, if I use BeatBox2 and make my own drumbeat/loop, is it 100% mine for commercial use?

The EULA is not clear on this.

Thanks.

Hmmm....it seems you found another "gray area" that's never been explored before (that I'm aware of).

I think you'd be OK for private use, but for commerciial use, to be on the safe side, it would be best to NOT use the presets "as is".  But, if you alter them or create your own original beats, there's no issue - that's what they're for.
