I paid Upgrade Fee of $ 199 $ US and didnt get ACID PRO SUITE??

Hello. Yesterday i Purchased Upgrade to ACID PRO 11 SUITE. I pad the Upgrade fee of $199 US dollars. My Invoice says Your order is for ACID PRO 11 SUITE. However, this is not the case... I got ACID PRO11 STANDARD. This is a problem. I paid per upgrade fee and my Order and invoice States ACIDS PRO SUITE with Serial #. Please help me to get what i paid for Magix

@Eon-Madramootoo Be aware that Magix support doesn't work on Saturday and Sunday, so you will likely get a response next week.

Did you already register the product to your user account? What is the name of the product in your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/

I believe the standard and suite version of ACID are identical, just the MIDI playable chopper is missing in the standard version. The main difference is the number of included plugins.

When you purchase the Suite you get extra effects, features, the base program is still Acid Pro 11, (AFAIK) there is no name change to the program installed.

Did you download and install the extra content features and plugins that the Suite version gives yous eg

Independence - more libraries giving you a total of 70 GB
More Vita instruments:-Cinematic Soundscapes, Vita World Percussion, Power Guitar, Soundtrack Percussion, String Ensemble, Bass Machine Century Keys, Space Pad, Century Guitar, Upright Bass
Extra Brainworks plug-ins

Hello. Yes all items downloaded and still no Dynamic EQ per suite version. My past Acid Pro products states the Suite name of the application. I'm sure this is a mistake with system. All I can do now is wait 😔
