I paid but I did NOT get a serial code in my email to unlock Xara 3D Maker 7 HELP!!!! This is very upsetting ... nothing from u guys in my mail. I keep getting dirrected to different places. And some of those place there are step to take to even b able to write and send a message and it will not let me finish the step ... HELP where do i go what do i do... I do not want to cancel my paypal purchuse b/c i WANT the program but i am not going to give u my money (that i don't even have ) to u for NOTHING .. some 1 plz

Just so you know, this is a user forum, no one here works for Magix. Provided you supplied your email address, you should have received order confirmation from Magix after your order was accepted. First thing to do is check your spam folder to see if it is there. Next, log on to your paypal account and see if the order actually went through. PP usually provides a reference number. Make a note of that number and call Magix sales at 1-305-722-5810 : Sales (9am - 4pm EST, Mon - Fri) and work with them to get the email re-sent or perhaps they will give you the serial number on the phone.

Also check the Spam filter / folder of your email provider / program - the email may be stuck in there.
