I HAVE MAGIX MUSIC MAKER 15 """"(DVD)"""". THE COMPUTER LETS ME DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE, BUT IT WONT LET ME COMPLETLY OPEN IT. IT SAYS I NEED IT IN THE CD-ROM BUT I HAVE A LAPTOP AND I ONLY HAVE ONE THING. CAN SOME TELL ME HOW DO I GET IT TO WORK PLEASEEE

hello,

If you have done the first step of installation,

. first diconnect your Internet link (cable)
. desable your antivir
. execute MMM and follow the instruction. In a lot of case the antivir does not allow MMM to access to the DVD for the second step of installation where you have to enter the code.

. There is a lot of description of this problem on this forum.

In other case, try to call Magix.
