I need activate my few instruments

I need to activate some of my previously purchased vst instrumets. They were purchased in 2016, then I activated them in 2020 to connect with support, because the old purchase codes stopped working, they sent me new activation codes. And all ok ! It is worked. But time has passed, I didn’t use the program , now I’ve logged in and again all the tools don’t work and ask for activation. Please help me!

@nepoymaesh Aren't the instruments still available to download from the in-app-store? Just make sure you use the same user account (e-mail address and password).

No In my account no links and program for download. Now I have only letters with activation code since 2016 and it is not work

@nepoymaesh I would suggest you contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and show them your activation codes from 2016 and ask them if they can give you coupon codes so that you can re-download the instruments for free from the in-app-store.
