I assume your Update Service is still current? If not, no updating will be possible.

Patch files are not available for separate download, I believe, because the process for updating is from within the program.

If the update is failing you need to create a Support Ticket, starting at https://support2.magix.com/customer/index.php

I have a current 365 subscription. As I said in the previous post, updating from within the program crashes the program before the update can complete. The download page gives the old version. I was unable to start a support ticket from the link you gave me, because that site just loops you around. So I am in an endless loop trying to update the program and an endless loop trying to create a support ticket.

The support ticket system is somewhat unwieldy I accept.

As you go through each separate page of it, towards the bottom you should find an option "Ask Support". Always click on this!
