I'm not getting audio on Win 10

Hello.

I have purchased video savers from Magix. This works great in Win 7, but when I select Win 10 I don't get any sound. Have easily searched the web for drivers for Win 10 with negative result. Hope it has a solution to this. Thank you in advance for your response.

Which one(s) - Magix Video Easy or Rescue your Videotapes - what is the full name of the program(s), version number and when were they purchased?
