I have problems in opening Magix video easy 6

I installed it on PC Magix Video Easy Save Your Video Tapes 6, and the instalation was a sucess, but when I open the program the program locks the operating system.

Sameone can tell me why?.

What operating system are you running, how much RAM do you have, etc. ?

oprating system is ok and ram is ok to, My problem is when I start the program, the program and the system operating crashes.
