Hi,

First, you question says your question refers to Photo Manager.  Are you looking to manage your photos or are you looking to edit photos?  I personally have no use for the Magix photo manager product, nor is the Adobe elements organizer any good at managing photo files.  For managing photo, video and audio, just use Picassa which is free.

If you are talking about editing photographs, Magix Photo Designer 7 is a very good product and does a great job.  I like it better than any of the Adobe products because they are expensive and require that you be very technical to get the most out of them.  I use Magix Photo Designer 7, Xara Designer X and Corel PaintShop Pro X4.  Photo Designer 7 is a great basic photo editor, easy to use and has some very advanced features.  I always try it first whenever I need to edit a photo.

Hi

To add to Georges answer:

. . . . I just want the best results I can get. . . .

This will depend totally on the source of the image, no amount of editing with a modest editor or top end editor will get significant improvements in a poor image.

I agree with George about Photo Designer 7 it is a great basic photo editor, for advanced editing I use Corel Paintshop Pro X5 which is virtually as good as Photoshop and a lot cheaper.
