Hi and welcome to the forum.

Assuming you mean that when you try to capture a video using the USB capture device check the Windows Settings, Privacy, Microphone options are set to allow desktop apps to access the microphone.

If this does not work then we need more information:

  • the program version number
     
  • the capture device make/model/colour you are using
     
  • a screenshot ot the Record dialog settings
