It is a strange problem, as you are using Music Maker 17, I think you should update your software. You can do that from Music Maker or direct sign in to Magix website and check.

Here in the community forum I have seen question by Music Maker 17/Premium with Windows 7 users facing problem. And Music Maker had update patch, I don't know if they make patch available for Eglish version users.
