Do you mean you have duplicates of many, or all, soundpool items?

One thing you can try first is to go to the Program Settings by hitting the 'Y' key.

At the bottom right there is an area called Soundpool.  Click on the button called "Clean Up Soundpool..."

This should clear up your problem.  If not...let us know and we will help you to reload them.
