You could also go to Customer Service on Magix.com and call them to ask for an upgrade discount.  I did that once and they offered a nice discount to me over the phone.  I think you could email them, too.

If you are asking how to literally upgrade the product, you basically can't.  Magix products always install fresh.  Weird, but it saves them tons of money and time in product developement and testing.
