I do notget audio when I import my video

For some reason I cannot get any audio when I import videos in Magix movie edit pro 15. I have tried with .asf files and MPEG files. I have downloaded the AC3 filter codec, but it did not fix the problem.

When I edit the movies, there is no sound unless I imported a separate mp3 file.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

You can download free from Internet GSPOT, a program that analyzes your PC and the video-files. It tells you the codecs installed, and which codec you need for the spesific video-file. Try this!

I tried GSPOT, found the CODEC and installed it, but Magix still will not import the audio from my video files. Any other ideas?
