I cant get the program to load on deck top

I was told i could load it on laptop and desk top it loaded on laptop, but it will not accept the serial number on the desktop , what can do i di?

Which version of the program are you using?

Are there any error messages? If yes please quote the full message.

Check you are typing the serial number in exactly as provided.
