Unfortunately, your first post here lacks any real detail so anyone trying to help you is really going to be guessing! So, first, please tell us a lot more about your computer. Please read this post and give us as much of the requested information as you can.

Then, please tell us which version and edition of Movie Studio you are trying to install, and exactly what happens when you start the installation process; please include screenshots of any error message you see, or at least quote the words of the message in full.
