I can't access updates. I had to change my email several times, the initial one being fernando.removed by Moderator, which I no longer have access to. My new email is removed but the program does not accept this email to make updates.
The serial number of the Magix Video de Luxe program is P2 removed.

There are no more updates available for software with serial numbers beginning with P2- - they are obsolete.
If you trying to reinstall an old version on to a new computer, then, with a P2- serial number, the program while it may install and, depending on the version, be able to be activated, it is not fully compatible with Windows 10 or 11 or modern hardware.
It would help us to help you if you provide the specification of your computer system including Windows version and full program name/version.
See this topic for what is required, and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full.
