Hello, hard to know which program/ version you've got. However, here's a simple trick if something's changed in your program of with youtube etc. Load your files in the program, then click on the File menu and choose the export function, using a format that is most suited to yoru requirements.

Save to your hard drive and then go via your IE or FF to the website and upload manually.
