I am currently switching computers and everything that I had saved on my external harddrive is that was magix related doesn't work i only use magix to record so i don't have any extra soundpools or anything what can I do???

Make sure the file path stays the same!!! If it was your "D" drive make sure it is the same on the new computer or else you'll have to re-find everything again when you go to load your .mmm files ( or tracks that haven't been mixed down) onto your program

I am sure if you will read your own question you will think what you want to say?

Which version of Windows and Music Maker are you using?

If you have switched your computer and your Magix related data is saved on external hard drive and now it is not working even any extra soundpools etc.

First of all on new computer install Magix Music maker.

Then do exact settings as it was earler example

Folder paths, refer screen shot from MMM 16 Premium

You will see red marked area. These paths of respective folders should be smililar when you saved your magix data on external hard drive. In this example you can see F drive that is external drive and C is computer drive.

To open folder, when Music Maker is on click "Y" key on computer then click on Folder tab and click on folder to choose the path. Then click OK.

Before I explain I wonder if your external hard drive when you connect with the computer is working or not. If working then click on My comptuer then click on your external hard drive icon, you must see all your saved data. If you can see then it means you just need your setting on Music Maker and you can use it.

To open your saved project you have to use File/load arrangements.

To listen to your audio use File manager and browse locate your audio click on it and listen.

To add soundpool, use add button it depends on your Music maker version.
