I accidentally saved a new file/song under the same name that I've already finished, am I able to undo it and get the original file back?

Look for a back up file before the accident, one of the older arrangement and try to load it... If this doesn't work you can also change the ending .BAK... of that file into .MM_ (not sure about the exact endings) to convert it into an Music Maker File which means arrangement...

And next time... before you start something new... make sure your file is saved...
