How to stop horizontal tiling of a title banner on my web page.

I created a title banner for which I clicked on the options of sticky and stretchy. I want the title banner to span the full display screen, and to stick at the top of the display surface. What is happening is that when I preview the web page in my browser, the title banner gets tiled horizontally across the entire visible space, which is much wider than the selected page width of 960px.

I am using version: Xara Web Designer Premium 18.5.0.63630 DL x64 Jan 10 2022 on Windows 10.
