I alreaady have an mp3 song file of one of my songs recorded at 128 kbps -- I need to reformat it at 320 kbps for uploading to to a websites that require 320kbps in CBR format. How do I do that with MAGIX Music Maker 15? Can it be done with MAGIX Music Maker 15? I can't seem to import an existing mp3 file for modification as an arrangement and then re-exporting in aslightly different format.  many thanks -- Izzabella"

I take it your song was not created in MMM?  If it was you should export the arrangement directly at 320 kbps.

You can import your existing MP3 using the File Manager.  Find the file and double-click on it.  It will be imported into the current (new) arrangement.

It can then be exported as an MP3 at any bitrate or any other supported format.  You will have to decide if you want it normalized during export or not.

If you find your track wanting at 128 kbps, you may want to tweak it slightly with the FX rack or Mastering Suite before exporting.
