How to re-download Samplitude when it is not listed under my software

I purchased a bundle of Music Maker Plus Edition and Samplitude Music Studio from a retailer in May 2022, and installed them on my computer which was running Windows 8.1 at the time. The box included a voucher code which I used, and both software titles were installed on my system. I have since purchased a new computer (Windows 11), and went to install the programs on the new system, but only Music Maker is listed in my software in my account. How can I get the Samplitude installed? it seems that the website only allows install of the "registered" programs, and as far as I can recall, I registered both.

@retrofan42 Do you still have your old computer with Samplitude Music Studio installed? You can look under the Help > About menu for your serial number.

Maybe you used another e-mail address for registering Music Studio. Perhaps a typo?

Do you still have your e-mails with the serial numbers?

Thank you, I did find the email that was sent to me after install and registration. I will try that to install it.
