How to get transitions in Photo Easy after trying help and free download?

I dont have access to all of my transitions in Photo Easy. I tried the help and free download, but i still dont have access to the transitions

Hi,

The transitions that you are entitled to depend on the version that you originally purchased. Which version do you have and what transitions do you believe are missing?

I dont know the version... it just says Magix Photo Easy. I dont have any of the 3d effects.. Iyt shows up black with no picture or preview, just black.
