This question has been answered many times.  Please use the search feature to the right before asking any obviously common questions.

It can't be done....at least not perfectly with this software (MMM or Samplitude).  You can filter it out, but you'll never completely separate it from the rest of the instrumentation (unless the vocals are the ONLY thing playing).
