How to download and install Vita 2 on Samplitude 11.5

I was able to download and install 3 of the 4 packs with Samplitude 11.5. Vita 2 simply will not download completely. I always get the little yellow triangle with the exclamation mark. Anyone else have a similar problem or a solution?

There are 2 ways to download the various packs...one is from the window that opens when yu boot up the otaher way is to go to the HELP menu at top of tool bar and click on download. Each packagae took me abouta an hour each. You might try the Repair menu, or just delete all and start over but do Vita 3 first. An issue I have with Samp 11 is with the Soundpools...in the Style menu I ended up with a bunch (14) of Drum stylles...whatever that means. To me, Drums is an instrument and not a style so I am working with Magix as we speak to somehow resolve the issue. Hope I helped
