How to cut and moverecorded midi and audio part of the tracks further to right

Hi I have a project with few tracks and i have to move some part of all the tracks further so i can insert some music in between. How can I do it? I tried for one hour but no use. Help please

Hi Got it. The learning curve is steep. Splitting and selecting the part of the channal and moving with arrow tool solves this. The arrow tool appears in the lower half of the recorded part of the channal.
