how to create track off keyboard as can be done with sound pools

how can i create a keyboard track as i can with soundpools and imports. i hear the keyboard notes but there is no track to work with.

Are you refering to MIDI? I am not sure what you are meaning by keyboard... it that a external keyboard, the computer keyboard, or perhaps a virtual keyboard?
