You mean a music file that you're imported into your slideshow? Just switch to timeline mode in the program, so you can actually see all elements you have in there and what is going on. This should enable you to find the corresponding audio object on one of the two audio tracks. Just select it with your left mouse button and delete it again, e.g. by pressing the Delete key on the keyboard. Done.
