When I playback my recordings they have latency by a a second or a half second, the timing is always off so I have to adjust my tracks. I'm trying to ge a flat response with no latency. Please help me I need to firgure this out. Can I get the response in english please thanks.

It sounds you have a very high latency. I guess that in your case this latency depends essentialy on your audio card. What kind of hardware have you?
You can try to use an ASIO driver (ASIO 4 all) by exemple to decrease the latency, but if your hardware is not efficient enough, the improvement will be low. In this case the issue is to buy an external audio interface (USB or firewire).
An other solution is to try to reduce the load of your computer. Instead of playing several tracks and to record, export your arrangement in a Wav file. Import in parallel of your arrangement these Wav file on a track and mute all the other original tracks. In this configuration when you record, you have only one Wav track to decode instead of several tracks with effects. If in these configuration you have a lot of latency it is due to your hardware.
After recording you can reverse: set off the Wav file and set on the original tracks.
