Hi there,

Basically, what you want is a recording of the signals being played through your sound hardware, which in the recording mixer is often referred to as "Stereo Mix" or "What U hear", depending on your sound card/driver.

Make sure in the screen capture configuration dialog that you select your main sound driver as the "Audio driver" from the drop-down list. At the bottom of the dialog, you will find the "Volume control" button, which takes you to the recording mixer. Here you can make sure that you pick up the signal from the stereo mix. For some audio hardware, the standard Windows recording mixer won't do. Here you will have to turn to the proprietary configuration and mixer software that came with your sound card.

I hope this helps.
