how do I use picture-in-picture animation

Hi,

Place on upper track your picture, select it

Use Effects, Movement Effects, Size and position.

Add a keyframe move the cursor change size and position add another keyframe

For each effect you need to add anew keyframe

Check in video tutorial How to use keyframe in conjonction with Effects.

It is easy with pratice you can change your movie.
