You really need to be a lot more specific about what you really want to do before anyone can help you.  Are you trying to redirect web traffic from one url to a different one?  So for example, you own the url www.myurl.com and now you want anyone who types in that url to go to www.myotherurl.com.  If that is what you want to do, you simply need to forward one domain to the other.  If you want to do something else, you really need to be more clear and specific about what you want.
