How do I get my code for mpeg when burning DVD?

When I am trying to burn my video on DVD in Mpeg format, I'm asked to go to the internet for a code. I can't go out, because the program says I'm not on the internet, or I have a firewall. That's after the firewall has asked if I want to go out, and I answered yes. Can I get around this problem somehow?

Error code 1 means that an internet connectionto the MAgx serial server cannot be made.

Please check your internet connection and make sure that the Magix software is allowed to access the internet through your firewall software.

If you cannot get the internet access to work, then it may be easier to use the automated Telephone service. Simply click to the Telephone button and there will be the number to the automated service displayed.
