How do I get an electronically signed driver for Windows?

After installation of Music Maker, Windows is asking me to get an electronically signed driver from the creator of the disc.

Which version of Music Maker and Windows are you using?

I always assumed that the drivers were from a hardware component, and they are not necessary to be signed, but that did mean if they were they were tested by Microsoft.

I have not seen this error from MAGIX software, so I am curious to what version of the software and what Windows operating system you are using.
