I have found that I cannot use my music collection (mp3's & mp4's) with PhotoStory DeLuxe which means I cannot create shows the way I would like....I am using Windows 10....any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
It might be interesting for other users to know why you cannot use (your) music collection ...with Photostory Deluxe but I'm going to guess this is because of potential copyright issues. Is that correct? If not, please tell us the problem you are seeing; mp3s should import without problem, unless they are somehow copy-protected, though mp4s (presumably actually m4a files) could prove problematic.
With reference to your question about a refund, these are user to user forums, so not a contact for any Magix staff. Provided you bought the product within the very recent past you should be able to obtain a refund by contacting infoservice@magix.net.

thanks Jeff....I don't really know why Photostory won't let me import mp3 files....I tried it and got an error message that this was not available or something like that, I don't think it had anything to do with copyright issues but more to do with the file type....is there a way to import them that I haven't found yet...if so, I would appreciate what steps I need to take
