Hey Commixv, cool answer.  I never saw that capability before.

007007, in addition to Commixv's input, another way to do a simple fade is to simply drag the middle box in the audio track.

Details: In the audio track, at both ends of a segment, you'll see a top and bottom square, and in the middle of the track, a rectangular box.  For a fade out, simply click and drag that middle rectangle box back into the track (toward the left).  You'll see the middle line move downward from the box to the bottom of the track.  That's the fade out.

A fade in is done just the opposite.  At the beginning of the track, use the middle rectangular square.

You'll also notice that this fades out the video track, too.
