How do I download DVD Collection 19 which I purchased along with Samplitude Music Studio online?

I have purchased the MAGIX Soundpool DVD Collection 19 along with Samplitude Music Studio.  I was trialling Samplitude so when I bought it the activation code was automatically entered, no problem.  However the Soundpool DVD Collection which I bought at a discount as part of a promotional package is nowhere to be seen.  I've visited both the Magix shop and Catooh and they don't recognise my purchase since the only option offered is to purchase the product at full price.  I've got the product sale confirmation/receipt in my email. 

Can anyone please help?

Have you bought it back as a download or in a package? I think in the package is the code on the CD sleeve.
