How do I change the default Font?

Every time I select any function that requires entering text I have to change the font. The defaul is Arial and I want Times Romen.
How do I change this default setting?

I use MEP 14+, and I changed to Times Roman this way:
Click F7 to activate Title Editor. This stands in Standard. Find the font you like and click the "Save as template". A file name comes up: "Title.tfx". Accept "Overwrite", and thats all! Next time I opened MEP, Times was the default font.
