Once you press on the Finish Video icon, you are presented with a window asking what you want to do, here you select DVD.

After you have selected the DVD from the dialog window, a new dialog opens with the information and setup for the DVD.

Here you press the Burn button after making sure that DVD is selected, this again will open up a new dialog that allows you to make changes to the encoder settings... you would need to press that button :Encoder Settings.

In here, you will notice that there is a slider bar for the Bit Rate. If you select the long Play you can get what it reports as 2:hours. 59:minutes of burn time.

I think that is about all you will get in regards to time and there is no guarantee that a DVD player can read that, it might just be something a computer can read. I do not know I have never burned anything of that length before on DVD.
