How come my Magix Music Maker does not have "Elastic Aidio"?

How come my Magix Music Maker does not have "Elastic Aidio"? When I select Audio effect the effect list does not have Elastic Audio; why? I want to get to harmonizer to multiply he voice.

Hi,

Elastic audio is available in Music Maker 16 Premium, I had Music Maker 16 but I needed this Elastic audio and some other features of Premium version therefore, upgraded.

You did not mention your Music Maker version therefore, difficult to guide please provide version detail.
