How can I get my music to stop making a static noise and getting off beat?

I am only having this problem with one song I'm working on so far. When I am play the song all the way through with no stop, and static screechy noise will sound and then the beat gets off even though it was on beat when I started. It's like that static screechy noise messes the whole song up and you can't even play it all the way through. What's the problem and how can I fix it please?

Hello there! Try Using ASIO4ALL as your sound driver! This will help you monitos everything that has to do with audio in your PC and also it may help alot with the latency issues! Also it's a free download. I hope it helps your situation!
