HOPELESS PROGRAM

I have purchased and installed Photostory Delux at least three times. On each occasion, the update message appears. I follow the instructions and open the program to once again receive the update message. I cancel it and select "help" to see the program details. On selection, the program closes immediately. I removed and reinstalled the program without success. I need a solution or a refund.

OS: Windows 11,

CPU Intel i7 10700

RAM:32 GB

Graphics: Geforce GTX 1650

SSD: Samsung 970 500 GB
