headphone silence

I am new to this app. During any type of playback, my headphones are silent. If I unplug my sound card. The audio comes through loud and clear on my laptop speakers. I can't figure out what the problem is.

What do you have the headphones plugged into? What soundcard is it and what is it plugged into?

Do you you have the soundcard picked as the audio output device in the control panel sound settings (assuming you're using a Windows OS of some kind)?

a quick way to get to the program settings is to open the program and depress the letter Y on your keyboard.

Have a look at what you have set for output there. Cheers M o' L
