have samplitude pro x2 suite upgrade with independence

i cannot activate dongle on line using win 10 does not see it computer crashed and had to start from scratch

i have all discs from studio through all upgrades and it doesnt show all of the programs i have purchased i have 4-10 then pro x and x2 suite computer is a xeon 8 core intel never had problems i need help getting it up and running
